<br>"Access Melbourne was my anchor. Whenever I was too stressed out or doubting myself, I thought there was still a chance of getting in and managed to calm down, actually getting some studying done. It was one of the only ways I found to manage my anxiety and put things into perspective."

More than 20 per cent of the University’s new undergraduate Commonwealth Supported Places (CSPs) are offered to students from educationally, financially or socially disadvantaged backgrounds through the Access Melbourne scheme.

Access Melbourne can help you:

  • Get a place in a course, even if your ATAR is below the Clearly-in Rank
  • Be considered for a scholarship.

Apply for Access Melbourne if you:

  • Have a disadvantaged financial background
  • Are from a rural area or under-represented school
  • Have experienced difficult circumstances
  • Have a disability or medical condition
  • Have a non-English speaking background
  • Are an Indigenous Australian
  • Are eligible for our non-school leaver entry pathway.
