The University of Melbourne has as a high priority to consult and work with indigenous Australians in order to assist Indigenous communities meet their social and educational needs and aspirations. The University achieves this through its teaching and research offerings and through its community interactions.

- Bachelor of Arts (Extended)
The Bachelor of Arts (Extended) is a new course for motivated and aspiring Indigenous students who have not obtained the results for direct entry into the Bachelor of Arts.
The course runs over four years and facilitates a supported transition to University through the provision of an additional study year specifically designed to develop appropriate academic skills for success at University.
In addition, students will be supported through the Centre for Indigenous Education as well as residing at one of the colleges affiliated with the University of Melbourne. - All undergraduate courses
