Track your application status
If you submitted your application online you can track the progress of your application by using your login details which were sent to you when you first applied. This is the fastest way to track your application status.
If you submitted your application through one of our authorised representatives you can also contact your representative directly for more information on your application status.
Progress of your application
Once you have submitted your application, it will be carefully checked for completeness. If your application is not yet complete we will contact you to request additional information or ask you to supply further documentation in order to progress assessment of your application.
Please note that if we do not have all the required information or documentation there will be a delay in assessment while we wait for the missing information. To avoid these delays please check the application requirements and ensure you have submitted the required documentation.
Once we have all of the required information and documentation necessary for assessment, your application will be assessed. It is important to note that each application passes through a number of steps within Admissions. Most applications are also assessed individually by the relevant Faculty or Graduate School (including consideration by senior academic staff).
Once the outcome of the assessment is determined you will receive an outcome letter via email. We understand that it is important for you that a decision is reached as quickly as possible.
Staying Engaged with the University
While you wait for the outcome of your application you may wish to attend some of the relevant events that are occurring in Australia or overseas.
